Alive Date treats safeguarding personal information as a core responsibility. Below is a straightforward overview of what we gather, why we keep it, and how you can exercise control.

Information we gather

• Without an account: your birth date is used only in your browser session to calculate an Alive Date. It is not saved to a user profile. We may record anonymous usage signals (for example, that a calculation happened) without storing the birth date itself.
• With an account:if you choose to save your birth date in Settings, or create cards, tickets, or Family & Friends entries, that date is stored so those features can work (reminders, keepsakes, and annual notifications). You can change or delete this data from your account.
• If you create an account: display name, email address, and chosen username
• Anonymous or aggregated signals from sharing activity and product analytics

Purposes of processing

Information is processed to run the platform, produce personalized outputs such as cards, and refine how the product works. We do not trade or rent personal data to outside marketers.

Choices available to you

Whenever you wish, you may ask for complete removal of your profile and related records through the controls available in your account area.
